Umm Nassim, this is for you :)
I know I said that I am not a library person but what is one to do when there are no decent second-hand bookstores (this is the one thing I miss about Pakistan!) and one’s kids read more than one can afford? I got premium membership for Ms M and I and with lil Bear’s membership, we get to borrow 20 books at a time!

20 books??? that beats mine and the 3 boys’ quota! we are only allowed 4 books each. even then, it’s a challenge to drag `em home everytime. *lol*
alhamdulillaah, after some time (read: mommy made sure she drags them there at every possible opportunity) now they make full use of the books available. it used to be the most boring place on earth for them. *roll eyes*
wa `alaykum as salaam wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh!!
*waves back*
Ya, 20! LOL… so tamak, right? I got premium membership for me and Ms Muffet – at $42/year, it is still cheaper than our ONE trip to the bookstore. I am considering getting Cookie premium membership but I think the dad man will have a serious cow. LOL… I still like owning books but… heh…
Assalam Alaikum,
Oh…thank you for thinking about me :-) That’s what I have been waiting for!!! Soon we’ll need a bigger car for our trips to the local library. Can you add a math book…it seems I didn’t pass your little math test :-( Welcome back on-line!
